Fight, mainly means attack, battle... But it also means "struggle" so in this case we can use the word when describing "doing something very very hard to reach the targets" like "fight for dream" or "fight for life"...it means struggle in this case but not means cheer up or gor it something as it's used in Korea. I'm not sure if this word is used also in Amrerica when at the same situation as Korean people does. Anyway, it's for your reference.

미국에서는 fighting이란 단어를 않 쓰는가 봅니다.
한국에서 콩그리쉬?전형적인것 핸드폰---ㅎㅎㅎ cell phone/mobile phone이라고 많이 쓰죠...
